Whether you're setting up Helm for the first time, or connecting another new company, you will be directed to the New Company Setup page. Here you simply:

  1. Enter the name of the company you are connecting to in QuickBooks Online and click "Create Company".
  2. Select the "Connect to QuickBooks" button displayed. This will take you to QuickBooks Online, where you can pick the company you want to connect to Helm. Once done, click "Allow Access".

After this is done Helm will start analyzing the historical data of your company in QuickBooks Online. The amount of time it takes depends on the amount and complexity of the company you are connecting.
